Support

An important component of the BisBox solution is the support thereof by the NCC's NOC (Network Operations Centre), a highly skilled support desk, offering the customer telephonic, email or remote support on all components of the BisBox..

The BisBox is also remotely maintained by NCC. This includes all major Linux release updates, security patches and Anti-Virus Signature updates. Virus signature updates are done on a daily basis.

•    The NCC NOC is headed by senior personnel whom all have in-depth knowledge of the solutions NCC is providing.
•    NOC has immediate access to all the customers` configurations, ensuring quick resolutions of problems or requests.
•    NOC constantly monitors all client networks through monitoring software, often solving problems even before the client is aware of it.
•    The NOC infrastructure is comprised of monitored computer rooms that are backed up by UPS systems and a power generator.
