Although the BisBox is a cost effective solution rich in features, management is reasonably trouble free.

Remote management* of the BisBox is done seamlessly by NCC's NOC.

•    The Operating Systems are maintained and updated on a regular basis.
•    The Internet connection is monitored on a continuous basis.
•    Anti-virus updates are done on a daily basis.

On-site or customer specific management of the BisBox can be done by the customer. Reports can be drawn, access lists can be maintained, etc., all through an easy-to-use Web Interface.
*The level of management are depended on the specific SLA (Service Level Agreement) on a per customer basis.
