The BisBox can operate as a fully fledged mail server, granting clients full control over mailboxes and the ability to be able to create, amend or delete mailboxes as required.  Internal mail is delivered directly to the recipient, without leaving the internal network, thus saving time and costly Internet bandwidth as it is not dependant on the Internet.  Consequently, when the Internet service is not running, internal mail will still be scanned for viruses and delivered to the respective recipients.

The mail server includes a webmail feature, which allows the client to send, receive and review email anywhere where there is Internet accessibility. Webmail provides easy access to and storage of email messages for users who are not accessing the Internet from their customary location.  Users can simply enter the Webmail URL in their browser window and use their Webmail account by typing in a username and password.
